| ESPN data is used in this document. ESPN purchased B.A.S.S. in 2001, revealing its |
| interest in growing the sport of competitive Bass Fishing. The affiliation gives sponsors |
| a direct route to National TV coverage on ESPN2's - "Bass Saturdays" with 6 hours of |
| bass fishing shows and news every Saturday morning. It also gives a sponsor the |
| opportunity to showcase their company beside other industry leading companies. |
| 12.2 million people view the TV show " the Bassmasters" every year. Three major |
| tournaments will be aired during prime time in 2006. Three days of coverage and |
| an entire Saturday morning is dedicated to the Bass Master Classic Tournament, |
